"The Pan Pacific Orchard is a stunning hotel in a perfect location nestled behind Orchard Road. The hotel facilities are aesthetically beautiful, but some features are not practical. The rooms are super clean & modern, but could be improved with additional hanging space & a fridge. I personally prefer a more private pool area & did not feel comfortable using this facility with all the overlooking rooms. The concierge & reception team are very helpful & always have a smile on their faces. "

We were there to celebrate my girl’s birthday and hotel gave us a surprise by putting up a “Happy Birthday” banner. Very nice of the hotel to do it for my girl. "
