"I had a fantastic short stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. GM Georgette truly values customer service, and personally greets and serves guests at breakfast! The Standard Queen room was clean and very comfortable, with a choice of soft and firm pillows, small fridge, a single sofa seat and small breakfast table - enough for a single person. Great to have an ironing board & iron, hairdryer and pretty good quality shampoo, conditioner, etc. No...

"The location was ideal for first time visitors. Shopping, transportation and places to eat was perfect. The staff at the concierge and restaurant staff was hospitable and made us feel welcomed. The housekeeping service could be more detailed. We found a cup on the ground by the nightstand that was there before we got there, and there were pieces of chips or noodles at the foot of the bed that needed to be vacuum up. Housekeeping could have vacuumed at least once during our stay. "
