"Our stay was pleasant. Our room had a musty mildew smell coming from the bathroom. When we informed the hotel, they tried a deodorizer for 20 minutes but when it didn't help, they moved us from a 2 double bed room, to a one bedroom king suite with 2 rollaway beds for the kids. They were extremely apologetic and left us a personalized note and a plate of fruit for our troubles. Rooms were clean and fully utilized with the gym and swimming pools available too. "I wasn't sure about the location at first so only stayed here at the start of first layover. The rooms are big. The queen bed is great. If they had the same room size with king bed, might have been better for suitcases. Was so easy to get Grab and navigate around Singapore. Would defo recommend staying here. More value for money and the bathroom was much bigger than another fancy hotel I stayed at the end of trip. "
