"This is my third time at the Ritz. I must say that we were disappointed with a few things and they really need addressing. 1. The soda bed in the room is terrible. It’s like a hammock and it needs changing asap. My granddaughters slept in it and they are under age 10 and had difficulty getting comfortable so I tried it. "Overall, the property was extremely nice. It was situated in an excellent area, very close to the CN Tower another attractions in downtown Toronto. The second bedroom had a hole in the wall, which was not aesthetically appealing. They were also numerous stains on the comforter blanket found in the second room, which made my guest feel very comfortable."
