"Always love staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya. Located in the nice neighborhood of Tunjungan street, it is very convenient to walk around. All the staffs are friendly, from the security greeting you at the gate at the lobby. Room ais lways nice with the best smell amenities that they have. Breakfast is amazing, with local delicacies and authentic flavours. One minus experience is just the TV signal is not really good, so it oftens lose signal in mid-streaming for 1-2 minutes and you can't nicely follow the story. But overall stay experience is really good and nice, will definitely come back again "

Combined with the nightmare that is the nearby freeway exit, we had been stuck waiting for our turn at the elevator for 15-20mins, despite their staff best effort to coordinate it in real time with radios. Waiting for your valet to return can also take up to 30mins during some of these events. "
