"Everything was conveniently located, making for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. A big shout-out to Ugo, who was excellent from the start, even before our arrival through email, and it was a pleasure to meet him in person. He answered all our questions and provided helpful, honest recommendations(Gulcan was also great, though we didn’t have the chance to meet her.) Our room had a view of the river, which was particularly amazing on New Year’s Eve when it was too cold to be outside, and we enjoyed watching the fireworks from the comfort of our warm room. We did experience a minor issue with one of the staff at the bar, but Yeray handled the situation promptly, ensuring that the incident didn’t affect our stay. Thanks to him for that. Feedback: * It would be helpful if staff provided a brief orientation upon arrival. * The bathrooms could benefit from a vent system. * It would be nice if coupons weren’t restricted to the bar only. For example, we once asked room service for a Coke along with other items, but were told the coupon could only be used at the bar. Overall, it was a good stay!"
