"Hotel was clean and staff very welcoming. Areas around the hotel were clean and area felt very safe. Close to the train station and bus stops, with taxis awaiting at all times on the forecourt. Breakfast was of good quality and a wide range of options. Did get very busy, even though a booking system was in place. "

"It was a solo trip in end of October. The people who work there are very kind and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and was given a quiet room. The room it self is nice. The shower always had hot water. It was a comfortable room. At the very center of Copenhagen near many sights. . I felt safe on my own. It would be perfect if they had a kittle in the room. I would absolutely return and stay at this hotel. I loved Copenhagen so much, I would love to come back. "

"Great location for getting around. Nice staff. Bar drinks are a bit expensive. And the en-suite arrangement is a bit odd. The toilet is nearly touching the wall with the toilet roll right next to you. It’s very strange. Information could be a bit clearer. For example we got told to ‘Take the lift, it’s over there near the window’ There are 3 lifts and about 100 windows haha, we worked it out in the end. Other than that it’s ok. We enjoyed our stay."

"Lovely room with separate sitting area and couch that converted into a single bed. Good location between Tivoli (10 min walk) and Nyhavn (20 min walk). A couple of small things to be aware of: you need to schedule a breakfast time and any room cleaning the night before. There’s an additional charge to use the spa facilities and pool in the basement. On site dining is limited but many restaurants just a short walk away. 10 min to nearest Metro stop. Lobby bar is functional but not cozy....

"Our stay was great, an excellent location. However whilst there is individual air conditioning, under and over certain temperatures it’s overridden and controlled by the hotel. We appreciate the temperature outside but the room and bathroom particularly were excessively hot. It was so hot we had to leave the balcony doors open all night even though it was 1 degree outside, probably lower through the night to try and bring the temperature down. This was only safe as we were on the second floor....

"Amazing hotel, right opposite the train and metro stations. Excellent location for getting around. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our side of the hotel looked directly onto the train platform, the noise of the trains was manageable and didnt bother us at all. Lots of train references throughout the hotel which was a quirky touch. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely consuder staying here again Thank you so much ❤️ "
