"Rooms were clean and large than expected. Got into Copenhagen late and 24hr front desk was friendly and convenient. Responsive to emails too."

"It's a very nice hotel, but there was no coffee available in the room and whoever designed the shower in the bathroom must've been drunk. There's no boundary between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so the water just sprayed everywhere. The food was extremely overpriced too."
