"We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The location is great for old city tourist attractions. 10 minutes walk to grand bazaar. We used the tram for Bosphorus and Taksim area. The hotel room well equipped and serviced. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast caters for global guests.something for everybody. Coffee machines in high demand. My only complaint. We were at front on first floor. Street noise."

"Fabulous nice neat and clean hotel . Few minutes Walk to Istiklal street on your way a lot to explore . Very nice interior and a lot of amenities .View of my room fabulous city and river view . Beds washroom clean interior of hotel was awesome. Staff always ready to help . Breakfast was amazing with a lot of selections .Breakfast staff was very professional and well uniformed with nice elegant smells . Fine Restaurant,Cafes and many more on walking distance . Commute to old town or Grand bazar...

"The room was great, hotel staff were fine. Very disappointed with the restaurant on the 8th floor, did have the drinks they adverted on the menu. Next day we want to the main restaurant around 6pm ish. We were taken to our seats. Then a few minutes later the waitress came over and said that they are not open today and told us to go to the 8th floor. One question is why did they sit us down and why didn’t they have a sign saying they are closed. There are only few restaurants close to this...

"Amazing hotel and staff. Our favorite 1 out of 6 on a 14 day trip. Top-notch. The only exception is the shower cap rule for the pool which was not consistently applied and made my 16 yr old feel targeted as a black teen girl when the white child played in all areas of the pool without being told they needed a hair cap until I informed the staff when we exited. And the hair stylist was amazing as well. My daughter gas never been happier with a salon hairdo. "

"Great hotel, good location. We had a nice room with a city view but there was too much noise from the street. They changed the room after a request, and the other room was much quieter. Hotel is great quality , pool is nice , beds are comfortable "
