"Totally amazing stay. For my friends birthday Gorgeous room, hotel staff so nice and welcoming, always happy to help out. They even left a really thoughtful message and birthday treat in the room for my friend! Bonus was lobby bar at night, great vibe and music was really good. I would stay at Bisha again in a heartbeat "

"Booked the Royal Gold experience as a Christmas gift to ourselves. It was worth every penny. The ambiance, the facilities, the special lounge exclusively for Royal Gold clients. It was all lovely. Breakfast Was included, as well as afternoon tea, evening canapés and evening desert. There were also other bar and dining options but we never felt it necessary to partake of them. Plus, all of downtown Toronto’s attractions are literally right outside the door. "

"Overall, the property was extremely nice. It was situated in an excellent area, very close to the CN Tower another attractions in downtown Toronto. The second bedroom had a hole in the wall, which was not aesthetically appealing. They were also numerous stains on the comforter blanket found in the second room, which made my guest feel very comfortable."
