"Overall really liked the hotel. Our only real issues we had was with getting to the hotel because there is so mucb construction. The gos kept sending us to the side that was closed and did not give us an alternate route. Eventually we found a way arpund but not without thr ststem trying to have as do a u turn into a closed off area. I think it woukd be helpful if the staff communicate that to people staying so that they dont have the same trouble we did. The restaurant hours are a bit wonky as well so we never actually got to eat there but the pool was decent and clean, the room doesnt do service daily but anytime we called down, the garbage was picked up and fresh towels were given. There were places we could walk easily for both dining, activities and shopping. Overall we would stay again."

"From the moment we drove onto the property, we were greeted with care and concern. In the gorgeous lobby we were checked in by Bruna, who was probably the most kind and efficient hotel employee I have ever met, who was able to get us into a room earlier than standard check in. She gave my boyfriend a pin for his birthday. We went to the park and came back to a bottle of champagne in our room and a note thanking us for celebrating with the resort. We did not use the pool but it was gorgeous. The Tuk Tuk market was great for late night options when you want a quick salad, sandwich, pizza, or snack. Alcohol as well. The beds and shower were comfortable and clean. Great water pressure. Pillows were comfortable. Everything in the room was functional - we did not use coffee maker. 10/10 for this hotel, always. "
