"Great property. Still feels new as only opened in December 2023. Rooms are a decent size for Kowloon. Great location near TST and TST East MTR station. Bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had. Price point was significantly better than comparable luxury hotels. Only downside is no pool but we did know that and it wasn’t an issue for us. We will be back."

"We had a clean room with all the basic amenities. The front desk and bellman services were excellent. They provided an electric electrical adapter for the unusual Hong Kong AC outlets. They assisted with both taxi and rideshare needs and allowed us to drop our luggage off at 8 AM so we could enjoy our day before the 3 PM check-in. We were also able to check in an hour early. "Really liked this property. The room was very nice and it had lots of windows. I had the studio and it had ceiling to floor windows and the bed was comfortable. The location was a few block away from the station. I thought it was walkable to the high speed rail with roller luggage as well. The walk from the airport rail was a little longer than expected but maybe I didn’t pick the best walking direction at night. Across Nathan road is more dining options as well. "

"We loved our stay here! The hotel was meticulously clean and the staff so friendly. We were searching for dim sum nearby and they helped us find a great place - Dim Sum Dim Sum. They also lent us an adapter for outlets as the one we brought didn’t work. They showed us a great place to exchange money and hailed us a cab on checkout. Highly recommend! "
