"The hotel is clean and very near Dotonbori where we spent our entire stays. The room is small but enough for the two of us. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff tried to be helpful but had a hard time communicating. Anyway they are nice and pleasant. "

"Great hotel for costuming universal studios with a family. We stayed in the under water themed rooms overlooking universal walk and the park. Staff were very friendly with fantastic English. They had our bags waiting for us in the room and helped us ship them to the next hotel upon checkout. The staff had stickers for the kids, the cutest peanuts toothbrushes/kid sized slippers/teddy pjs in the lobby, plus animal sponges in the room. Such lovely touches! "Cross hotel is a perfect location to stay near Dotonburi. After an 11 hour flight and an hour train ride, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff.
