"Hotel in the heart of Umeda - easy access to transport and shopping. The hotel is expansive and many people coming and going in the lobby. We enjoyed the location but the lifts were annoying with having to take two separate lifts to get to hotel, then another up to your room. Room was comfortable and clean, we liked the separate toilet from shower. "

"Checking in at the Hotel Monterey Le Frere was a very straight forward process! Elevator brings you to reception immediately. Because of it's central location in Kita Ward it was a very popular location. The hotel and the room was very clean and spacious for chain hotels of this nature. With a Lawson and a pharmacy in the same building space, convenience was at an all time high. I would gladly stay here again it was a lovely experience."

"The roads around this property were not that safe and inconvenient. For grandeur hotels, this is fine. Overall, I recommend the hotel OMO7 Osaka. This hotel is also not that unique. It’s OK, but you should probably think twice before staying."

Could not have hoped for a better location. The area near Namba Station is great, so much to see. The hotel was very tired, ie the carpet was very old, but it didn't bother us because of the location. No spare pillows or duvets were available which was unfortunate. "Such an amazing hotel! The breakfast was amazing, the amenities, and we even had our own private outdoor tub area, which was so great after a long day out! So convenient and close to the station and park. Lots of dinner options right on city walk to USJ. Staff were helpful and very professional. Thank you for a great stay! "
