"Very good stay , big rooms . Doors are very noisy from the other rooms , missing something to smooth their closîng . Breakfast : good breakfast , just wishing that we could have a real orange juice instead of a powder drink with no taste at all . Its suppose to be Hyatt Regency ! "

"Hemos llegado muchas veces que vamos a Mérida al Holiday In Expess de La isla. Esta vez nos decepcionó mucho el baño. Al llegar solo había una toalla y en muy malas condiciones. No había ni tapete d baño ni toallas de cada. Pedimos que nos manden toallas y solo nos llegaron el tapete de baño y las toallas de cara. Tuvimos que volver a pedir, y entonces si nos llevaron 2 toallas en buen estado, pero al día siguiente solo había 2 toallas y muy viejas y desgastadas. Es una pena que este hoel vaya...

"I really really appreciated the staff working at this hotel. They were kind, responsive, and hardworking. The problem was with the facility itself. My partner and I had no water pressure and no hot water for pretty much our entire stay. Other reviews will confirm this. I felt bad for the staff since I could tell this was out of their control, so I direct my feedback to the owners of the property. They should be more proactive about the condition of this hotel.
