"I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Lucia hotel . The property is centrally located between historic center and Calle Montejo. Everything is walking distance to historic landmark and great restaurants. I will definitely stay at Casa Lucia again. "

"We loved the Piedra de Agua Hotel!! LOCATION LOCATION!!! Located 1/2 block from Plaza de Armas/Catedral, shopping and great restaurants. Staff at hotel was awesome, they went beyond to make us feel comfortable, provide us with lots of area details, they even accompany us to the church were we had a wedding. Food was great!!! People cooking and serving us were incredible!!! LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!"

"The employees were very courteous and polite, trying to help as much as they could. I was first told that because of my VIP status I could enjoy 2 breakfasts and a drink, only a few minutes later a different front desk employee told me that breakfast was NOT included. Obviously a little disappointing. Water temperature in shower kept fluctuating which was challenging. No safe in room or mini fridge. Only 2 bottles of water per day allowed."
