"Beautiful hotel great views over looking a river we had glorious weather that made the view even better Swans swimming nearby modern rooms really comfortable bed top end bedding lovely bathrooms hot showers .full feather filled pillows needs were met right away when I requested more pillows. For my disability. Staff lovely and welcoming ,restaurant and modern Bar lovely lounge areas throughout the hotel . Local produce section for breakfast really tasty in-house gym to use we loved our stay....

"Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. The shower and kitchenette was superb, if I wanted to be petty then the tv remote didn’t work very well and took ages to change channels but I really wasn’t too bothered about that I...

"Came for one night with my 2 young sons. For a bit of fun and to use the pool. Gorgeous surroundings. The pool was lovely and Clean. Our Room had a double bed a single bed plus a pull out bed. The main beds were really comfy. The pull out not so much. Room was great for us. There was the odd mark on the carpets etc but not a problem for us. Hotel allows dogs for an extra free. We heard a bit of woofing from the next room but that stopped before bedtime. Room service was easy to order through...

"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, the room was a decent size, the bathroom was also a decent size, with a waterfall shower, the water was hot, shampoo, conditioner body/hand wash & body lotion were provided. The breakfast was continental & cooked if you wanted it. The staff were exceedingly friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The Liverbird Building & Royal Albert Dock are about a 10 minute walk away."

"The main reason for giving a 10 is that the room was excellent. It was a very modern, boutique style room with really comfy bed and luxurious duvet, and the shower was spacious with a waterfall head as well as a separate shower handle. But also, we received a warm welcome from the staff on reception, including a spicy chocolate drink handed to us.
