"We knew we’d be one of the few young couples at this resort based on reviews, which is exactly what we wanted for a calm and relaxing honeymoon. We couldn’t have asked for anything to be better and will absolutely be back! Staff, facilities, food, beach, pool, driver from the airport and for our excursion (Mr. Sinclair) were all exceptional. We are so grateful for the best honeymoon we could’ve asked for! Thank you to all the staff at Sunset at the Palms! "

"I have 0 complaints about this place! I absolutely loved everything about it. Everyone was so kind and courteous and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the view is beautiful, the food was amazing. The pictures we saw did not serve this place justice. We loved the resort so much we tried to extend our stay but our room was already booked. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jamaica this is the place. When I come back I will be staying here. Shoutout to these people for making our trip...

"We had a lovely stay. It's a big resort. There were plenty of patrons there but It never felt crowded, like at the pool, beach, or at meal time. I loved how the hallways were very wide to help with that feeling. The staff works very hard to keep it clean and the patrons cared for. I loved that staff make eye contact, smile, and greet you as you pass in the halls. The property is nicely situated so you can enjoy beautiful peaceful views from most locations. "We just left the property! I cannot even express the awe of this resort! We stayed in a bungalow on the signature side of the property and it was absolutely beautiful. From the cleaning crew, pool cleaners, spa staff, restaurant staff, concierge team and entertainers it was amazing. Special thanks to our concierge check in team, our airport transport driver Sir Howard; Aliah, a member of signature staff that chatted with us at the pool to ensure we were happy and Edom our golf cart driver! ...

"Excellent getaway for my wife and I. The restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed many different breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences. They had top notch bartenders and we recommend the swim up pool bar with Dino and LT. We already plan on coming back and bringing friends. This is the best place to stay in Negril!"

"This property was so quiet and peaceful which was the balance I needed. The staff were always ready to help. The security man organized transportation for me such that moving to and from the property was much easierr. The property is close to some really great restaurants including Rick’s Cafe. Watch out for grabby drivers who just want to take advantage of your ignorance. Bargain prices first before going places."
