"The staff was really kind and helpful throughout the property, from the valets to the doorman and front desk and housekeeping. Room service was delicious. We found the air conditioning to be high quality and effective, keeping the inside air clean even though there was dangerous smoke and air pollution outside. It was a good stay and we would recommend the hotel. "

"We liked the transportation to Disney land. Although the hotel is somehow linked to disneyland you don`t get access to the early entry! The drink at the bar, was a small glass with a huge ice- block inside and some liqud around for 19 $. Taste moderate. Room war nice and clean, parking per night 30$ extra."

"Room was perfect like always, except that we were right next to the elevator; so we asked to be move to another room, young man at the counter seemed bother that he had to make other arrangements and he told us that there was no more rooms available far from the elevator. We went ahead and took the key for the room, it was not a big problem for us. We started getting settled, turn on the a/c and it didn’t worked. Went back to let them know, and the guy that originally helped us gave us another...

"We were displaced by the fires in Eaton Canyon and was our escape landing spot. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The problem was they charge you $26 per person for a less than good breakfast."
