"We stayed here because it was within walking distance of Watford railway station and the shuttle bus for the Harry Potter Studio Tour. The staff were pleasant, helpful and approachable. The hotel was clean, quiet and seemed to be in a safe area of town. The beds were comfortable. Towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and shower gel, and tea facilities were provided. All the staff were incredibly friendly, breakfast was excellent, spotless rooms, comfy bed with quality linens, well stocked toiletries and tea/cofee/biscuits in room.
