"Good place to stay"

"This hotel by far was our best stay in Warsaw. We stayed at Raddison Blu, Hilton also and this one was superior to the others. Staff were super friendly and wanted to be helpful. The most amazing buffet breakfast by far, one of the best we have ever had in all Europe. Price was definitely great value for what you got and the hotel was easy with small children. The only thing that could be improved is increasing the size of the gym which was tiny with a handful of equipment offered"

"The room was very spacious, modern and clean, however there was a strange and unpleasant smell that seemed like something was wrong with the drainage or sewerage system. If I had been staying for more than 1 night I would have asked to be moved to a different room. "

"If you are visiting Lublin the IBB Grand Hotel is a great choice as it has free parking between 6pm - 8am directly outside and is a very easy and nice walk into the old town for an array of dining options. Great choice of hot and cold options at breakfast and a lovely bar area."

"Our stay have been pleasant as always. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good size room. However, I have found the water filter jug instead of a water bottle ( even if it was not a complimentary gesture) unacceptable for 4* Accor property. The expectation of using a water drawn from the bathroom sink although filtered to drink is disturbing. Although the bathroom/ shower room was clean, there was a visible mould in between the tiles, which is...

"Apartment was close to tram links so easy to get to the city centre ,we found the A/C wouldn't cool the room fully .It was of good quality and well equipped ,and suitable for our needs "

"Everything carefully managed. Supplies of soap and shower gel were running out towards end of stay - should be checked daily. Close to shopping centre and in walking distance of several sites/ museums. Staff pleasant at all times. Pleased to have room made up every day, something you can no longer take for granted. "
