Always a pleasure to stay here. One small, very small, complaint…there were absolutely no hangars provided which must have been an oversight. Great facility for the weary traveller.

The location is convenient for travelers but the current construction program and lack of signage makes arrival confusing. We emerged on ground floor (Arrivals) and saw the hotel opposite, with illuminated green signs leading to elevator access to the hotel. But the signs were behind mesh fences and we walked around the entire structure, carrying all our luggage looking for an entrance. A security guard told us the hotel was closed and I could see the Renaissance Hotel nearby and was about to go there when my wife saw the overhead roadway. After that we returned to the airport and found the main entrance to the hotel on Departures level. When we checked in I told the clerk there should be signage on Arrivals level but he just shrugged and said “What can I do?”. We reached our room and were disappointed to find no coffee maker, but were told they’re only available on VIP floors. This makes merely average guests like us feel pretty special especially as I’ve been a member of Marriott’s loyalty program for about thirty years. Anyway, we then had dinner in your restaurant and found the wine list to be good and the osso buco to be not so good. Luckily we’d only booked in for one night so we decided to avoid breakfast at the Marriott and to eat in the business class lounge while we waited for our flight. So there was nothing in our Marriott experience that would make us want to come back.

Arrived from Vienna and checked in and had a very early flight to Warsaw. Needed two tickets printed and the desk staff were excellent in taking care of that for me. Not my first time staying at the Courtyard and it won’t be my last.

Well, for sure this is not Marriott standard and recommend you staying next door or similar close hotels which are half the price. Staff are snobs. Not welcoming at all. Things were broken in the room and they didn't show any willingness to repair it. Very good choice at breakfast though very limited labels of what food is offered (allergy questions not asked). Limited loading. Spacious lobby. Customer service is really poor though the rooms are exceptionally clean and cleaners are more friendlier then staff who should provide that Marriott experience you expect from the brand you can trust.
