"The best hotel I've stayed in for a long time. Comfortable beds, nice atmosphere (the video of the crackling fire on the TVs was a nice touch). Good breakfast options, especially the jams. Staff are helpful and the bar staff especially professional and friendly."

"The hotel is under going renovation and I have previously stayed there. There was some building noise in the morning. The room I stayed in was excellent very roomy. The only thing that marred my stay was a fire alarm during the night which was a false alarm due to a sensor. I would stay again but would check if renovation works had finished. "
