The rooms are poorly designed. The light switching is idiosyncratic. The room lights turned out to be beside the bed. There are multiple unlighted switches so if you want to turn on only say the reading lamp you have to memorize the location of the switch. But in the dark you can't see the touchpad anyway. So you have to just start poking at it. The bathroom door is too wide and clumsy, blocking of half the room when open. There is a partial shower closure that is about 10cm too short. It is impossible to shower without getting the for wet. The handle on the spray handle won't start in place and insists on rotating towards the opening. Very little of this is fixable, it is the result of poor design. And, there is no cream in the room for coffee and the wakeup call I requested never came.
