"Outstanding hotel in every way. Great location right on the edge of the old town. There are lots of restaurants and cafes right nearby. The hotel staff were excellent - professional, courteous, available and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations. It was large, luxurious, and clean. We also really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely indoor heated pool area and sauna which was included. We would definitely stay here again if we revisited Warsaw."

"Great Hotel, great location, very good breakfast. The only bad experience was I paid cash by Euro when I checked in. I was supposed to get change of about 20 euro and was told they don't have at the moment and will give back at checkout. I stated that if she wants to give me zloty its ok and she said no she will give me change at checkout. At checkout she gave me zloty and said she doesn't have euro. I was pretty angry because once checked out went directly to the airport and had nothing to do...

"We stayed at the Sofitel Victoria Warsaw for three nights as a couple. Upon check in, we were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded from a regular King Room to a Superior King Room - lovely touch! The room itself was a good size and very quiet. "We stayed at the Sofitel Victoria Warsaw for three nights as a couple. Upon check in, we were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded from a regular King Room to a Superior King Room - lovely touch! The room itself was a good size and very quiet. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy - probably the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. The hotel is conveniently located from Old Town (a 5-10 minute walk). It is also close to the river where there is a good running/cycling route for those who fancy it. Another positive to add is that we emailed ahead of our check in to ask for a late check out due to a late night flight home and reception were happy to extend our check out until 4pm, free of charge. We opted to have drinks in the bar one evening instead of venturing into the city and we had a lovely, relaxed evening. The drinks were a reasonable price and service was excellent. Overall, a wonderful weekend in Warsaw and should we find ourselves in the city again, we would not hesitate to return to this hotel."
