"Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!"

She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. "Fabrice is fabulous. We didn’t understand the washer and he straightened it out. It just takes a very long time. Flat is roomy for two. Lots of necessary little items that we are missing in some other places. Elevator is important and was necessary for seniors like us."

"Our airline, Transavia , cancelled our trip to Paris twice and we were unable to visit Paris or enjoy this apartment. I brought our issue to the host and was advised that they are unable to issue us a refund."

"We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping. "Location - was great. It was beside a metro station and only took about 30 mins to get into the city. It's difficult to find at night. You need to be there during the day.Safety - I felt extremely safe. Gates and codes to gain access.Cleanliness - It was tidy and surface clean, but it needs a deep clean.
