"The music from the roof top bar was so loud that I could hear it from the 6th floor room."

"The property was clean and staff was very friendly. Even obstructed view from the balcony was partially obstructed with the palm trees and was very nice. Swimming pools were nice. The food was good - everybody could find something they like. "

"Barcelò was gorgeous! The scenary around the resort was very beautiful. Food at the Italian was delicious along with Spanish. Steak house was a bust! Service around the resort by servers was good along with the cantina. Beach and ocean were gorgeous and very quiet. Boat traffic wasn’t to terrible either. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"Carlos at reception was always helpful and friendly. Alex in the ice cream and pizza shop was a great waiter. Marcelo was a great pool barteneder. Francisco was a wonderful waiter in Covina Italiana Restaurante. Alberto and Dulce were great mesero and mesera in the Grill. All in all the value for the price was terrific."

"So many poolside activists for families, the whole crew was outstanding. Pool side snacks and drinks were fantastic as well"

"Liked the view from our 10th floor room and the beach location. Found the place to be somewhat noisy from the multitude of kids and loud scheduled activities. Our first impression of the Krystal Grand after being taken down to the basement area for the Expedia Altitude check-in was not very positive but the place grew on us subsequently "

"We had a good experience at this resort. The food was good, buffet dinner options changed daily. The reserved restaurant dinners we tried were delicious from appetizer, main course, to dessert. Pools were nice and warm. Beach was nice. The best drinks came from the beach bar. Only down side is if you are sharing the suite with others the bathroom/shower doors are a bit see through so that was a bit of a struggle. Overall we hada very good experience at this resort."

"Hotel and food is very good. Only bad part is as soon as you check in you get hassled by time share sales people and throughout the stay when walking through main lobby. "
