"The staff was super friendly and cheerful. Many options for entertaining and enjoying the day, never a dull moment. Food was really good (surprisingly good for an all-inclusive) and there was a wide variety of food for diner in the buffet. We had the opportunity to visit the Japanese specialty restauran, we did not like it at all… it was still buffet style, not enough variety to select from and food was not as good. We tried to go to the italian restaurant but by 7:00 they were fully booked even...

"Staff was great. Had a lot of entertainment for the kids. We got a family room. The bed for our kids had bugs and they changed our room on the day of check in. The second room the AC didn’t work so we had to change rooms again on the second day. They can do slightly better in cleaning the rooms. "

"The grounds at the resort were beautiful! Really lovely! The staff were all helpful and kind. Very much appreciated their quick response when my mom accidentally locked us out of our in room safe (twice!-lol!). I thought the food and drinks were great. The food at the Fish house restaurant was AMAZING! The beach wasn't really long, but I was able to walk to both directions to get a little more walks in, which was nice! The pool was very nice, too! Our room was nice and the air conditioning...

"I have been staying at this hotel for years. It is quaint and offers the ambience of a true Mexican style hotel. It is quiet, safe, the staff is so very kind and helpful in all ways and I absolutely love it. I would choose this hotel over any resort. The location is in the heart of Puerta Vallarta, close to one of the best pastry shops in the city, coffee shops are nearby and excellent restaurants everywhere.
