"The Hotel was to say the least exceptional. It was approximately 15 minutes from the train and an breath taking walk for views as they were phenomenal. It was later in the day on arrival. We had some clothes to be cleaned. We had checked in, they recommended the restaurant below on site. The room was awesome with 2 balconies, the room was not short of anything we needed for our stay, free mini bar (Hi Lite LOL). "We had an incredible stay at the hotel. I've stayed at top hotels in the world and this boutique one compares in quality, service, attention to detail and amenities. The spa and gym area were beautiful (you should add photos to the site!). Service was impeccable, thank you to Simon who was so helpful. Easy to get to ski shuttle and walk to everything. Very clean and the breakfast and afternoon snacks were great. I'd stay here again if ever back in Zermatt. "
