"Very convenient in Vancouver airport. It is in the international section landside and a long walk to domestic check-in. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Dining options are expensive. The rooms are clean and very appointed but carpet and furniture are showing their age. But the bedding and towels are wonderful. I'd stay again."

Both Silin and Dennis were so kind and were able to help me with some last minute printing, which helped decrease my stress, and allowed me to ensure the rest of my day was worry free This hotel is doing something right when they choose people to work there, and how they train them to have the hospitality service mindset.
