"Lovely hotel, lots of nice pools and bars at a great price. Food was great. Me and my friend stayed half board and we got charged €2.90 for a draft soda in the canteen we thought was included with the meal which was the only annoying thing about the hotel. Also the bag room is not locked which I did not appreciate with our passports being in there etc. The rooms are great value for the money, the hotel was able to always het us taxis within minutes of asking which was helpful. "

"Contemporary decorated room with a fantastic floor to ceiling view of the town. The door to the toilet however was was trendy but not great. The Salsa on the roof bar on Saturday was amazing. "

"Lovely comfortable hotel, bright and clean rooms and friendly staff. Rooms are excellent, with nice touches for the deluxe rooms but a shame coffee and milk isn’t replenished. Location is slightly away from the centre of the resort but easily walkable to most attractions. Entertainment team are fun with lots of activities. Food at breakfast and dinner was very good for the most part but quality did vary day to day. Variety and choice was usually good and the staff are helpful. "

"This was our seventh visit to this hotel and always feels like coming home. A relaxed holiday in wonderful surroundings. I had emailed requesting a certain room, which we had, so that was very much appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. A recent renovation of the restaurant makes this a lovely place to eat and relax. Food is varied, do miss the morning coffee service but thats a personal view. "Lovely and peaceful. Nice rooms around a large pool which was heated in the winter. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but can be busy. All staff were friendly and the entertainment (activities during the day and poolside and evening entertainers) were great. The only downside is the location, it’s a long walk to anywhere else or a taxi and the footpaths locally are terrible. "

"We were very happy with our choice of hotel, both in terms of proximity to the city centre’s attractions as well as the Playa las Canteras, and for its standard of accommodation & service. Our room was spacious with an excellent shower, plenty of wardrobe space & a large, comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly & professional; we particularly loved the 12th floor rooftop bar- wonderful panoramic views & two attractive areas to sit. "
