"After reading the negative reviews I became really anxious about my family holiday, to the point where I almost cancelled! I’m so pleased I didn’t because we had the most amazing time! "Huge flat to myself with a nice balcony, so great value for money. The cleaning was ok. Only twin beds, I would have preferred a double bed, but they seem to do things that way there. Nice wooden furniture everywhere. Some very friendly clerks (Alvaro was amazing!), some less interested. The pool was great outside too. The WiFi though was awful but I guess it must be hard in such a large place. But super happy in the end. "

"My room 1272 was a good size for solo use, it was a bit of a walk from reception but there’s clear steps/walkways. Some aspects a bit dated. Could not use balcony due to sharp palm tree leaves taking up 1/2 the space. Walk to the beach/shops was ok, around 15 minutes safe and quiet area. The walk back from the beach does have a small incline but most people with moderate fitness will cope. Would not have paid the full price but it was fairly priced for the ‘offer price’."
