"We loved this resort! The food was delicious, the alcoholic drinks, coffees, and water on tap was brilliant. I may need to install that at home! the beach shuttle and walk was great, and how wonderful to have free food and drinks on the beach! Our favourite end to the day was the live music at the sunset lounge! Great value and highly recommended! "

"Lots of flies in the bathroom and also cockroaches found in the room. Room cleanliness was sometimes lazy but food was nice and staff friendly "

"3rd year we have stayed with them, excellent service from the staff as always. It’s great to turn up at the hotel, and be thoroughly looked after during the stay. With easy access to the beach to watch the sun rise or set, and should you want a change of scene from the hotel, plenty of restaurants and bars along the seafront - all of which are easily accessible to the rear of the hotel. Plenty of sun lounges, but there are definitely some keen beans who like to reserve them before the sun has...

"It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids. "

"The drink selection was limited, no choice of wines at all just their red or wine from a tap…but they do have local bubbles cava alternative was ok, all spirits were local non branded not overall that value for money, food choices were complete opposite, there was loads and loved the Asian sushi themed restaurant! "The Don Miguel hotel is HUGE! It's a large, sprawling hotel that needs a bit of renovation, but is in a great location, with the entrance being on the corner of a main road. It is very close to the Yumbo Centre and all the fun that entails, as well as being opposite a small if expensive supermarket. The staff here are amazing!
