"Rooms came with complementary drinks & tons of coupons. I liked the fact that there were bars on different floors and lots of places to get food. Breakfast was also very good and not a long wait even when the lines are full they do their best to get people in and out as quickly as possible. The shuttle system was a very convenient way to get to and from your vehicle at any point in the day, overall a very good experience."

"Parking is inconvenient and a ripoff. Need to self park half a block up the road and lot was full and had to park half in a snow bank for $35/day. Option was $100 for valet which is a ridiculous price to charge for Niagara Falls parking.. and it wasn’t available because valet lot was full..? Staff is very nice. Room was ok. Location is great walking distance from most things in the new Falls area. Door to room did not close so needed to slam door shut when entering or leaving. "

"This is the second time we stayed here. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. The front desk allowed us to check in early at no extra cost. We were here for our Honeymoon in May and booked again for Valentines weekend. I can not say enough about the super friendly staff. We will definitely be returning. "
