"We have visited The Lakeside Hotel a few times now - last year we did the murder mystery event which was good and great value for money with evening meal, overnight stay and breakfast included so I would recommend. Most recent stay 22nd Feb 2 nights as a family and our friends family from Sweden - overall great hotel and the kids loved it. The only down side I would say is some (not all) of the restaurant/bar staff are laxidazy when it came to taking orders a few of our orders for breakfast...

"Love the hotel room the four poster bed with the lake view. Great location, very close to the shopping area, cafes, bars, restaurants & the lake.
