"Very nice place with super central location. Breakfast was good but what we value the most was the staff and service we received. We were able to store our bags in the hotel lobby two days before actually check in as we were going to Sa Pa and didn’t want to bring them with us. Everyone at the front desk were nice and helpful, especially Jenny took special care of us."

"Loved this hotel! Fully renovated boutique vibe. Very elegant, super helpful and kind staff. Location couldn’t be better. Very comfy bed and the room and balcony left us speechless! We had a balcony room , I highly recommend room 601 if you can get it. However we saw a classic/superior room as well and even those are very nice and better than most other hotels we’ve seen. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great location with easy and close access to Hoàn Kiếm Lake, shopping and attractions in the Old Quarter. Besides the great location, we enjoyed our stay because the hotel was quiet and comfortable. One aspect that should be highlighted is the level of service. Carlos and Amelinda, along with the rest of the team, took great care of us, always attentive and willing to offer any assistance. The onsite restaurant and breakfast was a great perk, along with the rooftop bar. Looking forward to our next visit. thanks!"

"The San Grand Hotel is located in a perfect location in the Old Quarter, close to dining, shopping, bars and tons of street food! The hotel is very welcoming and a quiet oasis after the busy streets of Hanoi. The staff are extremely helpful and a special shout-out to Ruby and her team for being so kind and helpful with everything from booking our HaLong Bay trip, airport taxi, visas and actually walking to show us the nearest atm machine:) The hotel has a fabulous buffet breakfast along with an afternoon tea all included in your room rate. The rooftop bar is a great place to unwind during happy hour to take in the beautiful view over the lake. We had a balcony room, which offered a great view while taking in the sights and sounds of the city. It was a beautiful room, but didn’t have a shower, only a bathtub. All other room types had a shower though:) We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Thanks everyone!!"
