"Hotels very clean service was great. My room didn't have hot water but they fixed it the day after. Food was very good . Security guard at night was cool. "

"The hotel is surrounded by nature and the Japanese concept makes it interesting. The room was simple, and the building showed some lack of maintenance. Despite the Japanese environment providing a nice experience, the main restaurant only provides that type of food, which is very limited. Can you imagine a 5-night stay eating only one type of food?"

"The property is lovely. My only complaint is the restaurant. Wait staff is not properly trained. Food tries to be high end Mexican and fails miserably. Most of what I ate was not good. There were a few exceptions. "

"The property is very lovely and clean and most of the food was really good! The staff was very friendly and diligent! The only really bad thing was sat night across our room a house had a party with a live band starting around 11 pm going on all night until 6:30 so we could not sleep. It wasn’t direct responsibility of the hotel but maybe they could work more with authorities to enforce the necessary restrictions "

"I had the opportunity to discover this place by going to a wedding that I was invited to and I was lucky to find lodging right there. It is a place to disconnect, the gardens are beautiful, an incredible peace exudes, the hotel is very good and the restaurant's cuisine is wonderful. It is a place to rest, sleep, read, meditate and not get out of there."

"Eramos las únicas en el hotel, Está super bien cuidado, la Atención muy buena. El único Tema que no me gustó es que lo pagué con desayuno incluido y cuando llego, me salen con que como solo habíamos dos personas en todo el hotel, no habían preparado las cosas para hacernos de desayunar. "
