"Perfect home base for a long weekend. This is the perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Tempe Beach Park/Tempe Town Lake. Its a couple of blocks to everything. The bed was a little too soft, but that was the only negative that I could find. Parking is a little wonky, but not a deal breaker either. You just have to pay for it separately. "
