"A good property at a value cost. Everything worked well, the house was clean and our visit was very comfortable."

"Super cute house in great location with plenty of amenities close by. Plenty of room and super nice host. We didn’t pay attention to staying where there was a non heated pool which was way to cold to use but other than that no concerns. "

"My husband and I stayed at this very cute dog-centric house with our pup for two weeks, and we were joined for six of those nights by our son, daughter-in-law, two young grandchildren, and two granddogs. The dogs absolutely loved the fenced-in backyard even though we didn't make much use of the very clever splash pad due to the cooler temperatures. Likewise for the pool. But the patio area was nice to hang out in during the warmer afternoons, where we cooked burgers and watched the dogs chase...

"The property was just as it is listed in the photos. Beds were comfortable and the place was generally clean. We only wish we were able to use the pool but it's closed for the season!"

"The property was clean and well taken care of. It was well stocked with essentials. The back patio was terrific. There was a fireplace and a well shaded yard. We did not use the grill, but it looked nice. We would definitely stay again"

"This property was outstanding and we had a great stay. The outside is very unassuming but when you walk in, the interior is meticulously decorated. Beds were comfortable and property was clean and decorated with grace. The yard was huge with many seats for guests. Pool and hot tub worked great. We’d highly recommend this property. Good location with easy access to freeway."

"We showed up with no hot water so that was disappointing, but it was addressed right away & not much could be done about it. Could have used a toaster, pizza cutter, better frying pans & a skillet. The bottom of the pool could use a good scrubbing but otherwise everything else was good. "

"Such a cute home! My friends and I stayed here for our spring break. The host was great at communicating and staying in touch with us! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean, big and we loved the fact that it was a saltwater pool. I highly recommend this property for a big group looking for a private, homey, and clean property."

"Simply one of the best stays at a rental for my family and I. It was central to all the activities we had planned in the Tempe/Phoenix area. The property is clean, modern, and well thought-out, with comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen. The backyard and pool-room area were great areas to chill out and relax at the end of the day. And, the property owners were attentive and let us know to contact them if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again."

"We came up for the Renaissance Festival from Sierra Vista. We were all so tired from spending close to 5 hours there, we just wanted to rest. Not having to worry about a traditional hotel check in was nice and room was perfect for us."

"The unit was just okay. The kitchen and bathroom had a bit of a smell to them, but that could be a building-wide thing. The real selling point is the location - extremely convenient. Also, if you're looking for a gym during your travels, the one here was really good."
