"Off season stay in a great location. Clean, friendly, beautiful decor. Only complaint: They heavily advertised a Super Bowl Rooftop Party but were ill prepared. We got there early, and there was a shortage of chairs, drink menu items not available, and things like napkins a scarcity. Manager seemed uninterested in our requests. "

"I've stayed here twice and will probably continue to pick this hotel whenever I come. There are 2 bar/restaurants, the food is a little expensive for what it is, but it's convenient - minimal offerings and for a light dinner and 1 beer it was $25. Many restaurants around but I found that they get pretty crowded. Breakfast was great! Pool was also great! Beautiful view from the roof. Very easy, quick train ride to the airport. Great access to the river trail and many amenities within easy walking...

"We have stayed at this property for three years while our son attends ASU. We have noticed that the cleanliness has declined considerably. The floors were not vacuumed on floor two the entire time we stayed Feb 6-9th. The room we stayed in (226) had dust on the baseboards and the sink plunger was broken. There are many choices in Tempe but we choose to stay at The Hyatt. I hope this is something that can be resolved"

"Only a two day trip. Woman at check in was very friendly and able to check me in an hour early. Paid for parking but it was plentiful and cheap. Didn’t have breakfast. Did stay in an ajoining room. Not on purpose. The people in the next room were very loud and you could hear everything they said. Out of that it was quiet. Area seemed fine. Walkable to some food coffee etc. easy access to Scottsdale phoenix freeways. "

"Everything was ok - but that’s all. It was rough around the edges and was clearly a property takeover that wasn’t done to the standard I would expect from Moxy - the bikes were also out of service and the gym was a bit of a mess with broken machines, a leak and no towels. The staff were nice and friendly but the building maintenance let it down big time and there wasn’t a huge amount in the area if you wanted to quickly pop and get dinner outside. "
