"If you pay for the nicer “resort” room you will have a nice stay. If you pay for a basic room you are right next to a very busy freeway and your room will be very loud. We paid an additional $50 to upgrade to a nicer room since we could hear the noise from the freeway in our room and knew we wouldn’t sleep well. The pool area and Restaurants are very nice although the pools aren’t heated so they are useless. We paid $450 for a one night stay and I felt like the price was way too high for what...

"Wow 😲😳 the renovated standard king suite room that I got was great , clean , everything worked. I would stay here again for sure and do recommend only if the room has been renovated because the pictures that are online is not what I have and took. "

"The rooms were very comfortable especially the bathroom. The pool was small but on the rooftop with a spectacular view. The breakfast was spectacular! Although the parking was onlya 2 minute walk, it had a $16 price tag. OTW, love it! We'll probably be back in August."

"I always try to stay here when I'm in Tempe. It is so conveniently located and has great rooms and amenities. The parking can be a little crazy, BUT, there is a police station next door and makes the parking situation more comfortable."
