"Good hotel, comfortable spacious room with good amenities (though a glass bathroom door is always a little off putting even staying as a couple). Cleanliness could have been better, generally fine but the shower tray didn’t look like it had been touched (hair and dried shampoo). Quick and easy room service through QR code in the room though expensive for the quality & portion size. Comfortable bed so good nights sleep and decent breakfast. "

"The staff in this hotel were really lovely - in the bar, reception, breakfast, they could not be faulted. The rooms were slightly tired and needed a little bit of work but the beds were super comfortable and I had a lovely nights sleep. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. I was staying at this hotel for a birthday party and the hotel provided the food. The food was excellent with a great variety for the buffet."

The breakfast room is nice but there were some issues with replenishment of items in busy times. On check out there were some confusions about what had already been paid for via Expedia. "Lovely big rooms, very confortable bed and goid to have use of leisure facilities. Staff friendly and helpful - relicated me to a feound floor room as lift not working which i appreciated. Plenty of parking close to reception. I dudnt eat at the hitel so cannot comnent on food."
