"Hotel located in a central spot and provides great service and ammenities. It has great restaurant and fantastic bar with a cigar patio on the 2nd floor. The bartenders were extremely nice and even offered me a free drink for forgetting about my order one time. So overall very happy with both the property and the staff who work there. No elevator to the upper floors, so had fun with my large suitcase. "

"Very friendly staff and a great location for what we needed! I was doing Brighton Marathon so was a good distance from the start and finish lines with loads of places to eat leading up to the event! The room were great and had all I needed for the weekend! I will be staying again! :-)"

"For the price I paid I wasn't expecting the world, but I've stayed in similar hotels for lower prices and generally had much better experiences. The room was very dusty and stuffy even with the fan on & window open, and the surroundings noisy due to the location of the room with various deliveries early in the morning. I was also kept awake from a neighbour's snoring all night so would question the quality of the walls! Tv seemed to have issues and kept cutting out which was...

"The staff were excellent but the issue was that we had requested rooms together when booking but this was missed and although they tried to resolve the problem it was not possible to provide this. We have previously booked this through IHG & never had a problem. "

"Nice friendly and stylish hotel. Age of building means it’s a bit creaky and the noise insulation isn’t perfect, but I’d definitely stay again. Staff were great. Car parking is a bit hit and miss when they’re busy"

"Lovely and warm. Really nice old building. Delicious well cooked evening meal. Friendly staff. Only small down side was that the bar area was a bit gloomy and wasn't in keeping with the rest of the building"
