"Great bed! The Nespresso machine made some quality coffee. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the shower door had a strong seal which kept in all the water. I wish the shower had a tray/shelf for soap, as I travel with my own bar. The Zenology hand soap and balm were great; the shampoo and conditioner not so much. Lastly, a means of hanging used towels so they can quickly dry would've been nice."

"This hotel is stunning. From the design of the entry, common area, restaurant, and rooms everything was thoughtful and intentional. The staff were all incredibly helpful with any question I had. There was a slight issue with the AC in my room and they handled it immediately and made sure I was taken care of. I cannot recommend this location enough. If I'm ever in Vienna again, I will be booking with Hotel Schani again. Truly excellent care and service. "

"The staff at the Novotel went above and beyond when our booking at another hotel went wrong. There were no rooms available for our first night so they kindly let us bed down in the lounge for the night and use the facilities. We booked in straight away for the second night. We had a fantastic nights sleep after our not so perfect first night. "This is a great hotel close to all transport methods into the centre. It is also walkable if you want to see all the main attractions on the way to the centre. The staff were friendly and polite. We were able to checkin early as our room was ready. On our check out day we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went sightseeing again."

"Amazing as always! The staff are awesome and accommodating! The rooms are clean and beds comfy! And you are right in the middle of it all! Cafe ritter across the street and the U3 pops up right outside. I got in very early bc of my flight and the gentleman at the desk got me a room knowing i was up for the past 24 hours! "This property was just as amazing as the Munich property, easy walk to transportation and restaurants. Loved the chill and funky atmosphere! The room was open, spacious and a very comfortable bed. One thing didn’t like and it’s a personal preference, there was no door on shower. This got the area by the sink pretty wet, found a lot of European properties go for this concept not sure if it’s for aesthetic or cost savings. But don’t let that stop you from booking.
