"George the the bellhop was extremely helpful , friendly, and gave us some recommendations on our route to see a few of the closest beaches. "We loved staying at this hotel. The modern, clean and comfortable facility had some of the friendliest staff we encountered during our stay in Greece. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We were sad to leave them after 2 days. The hotel is not in the tourist area of Chania. It feels much more Greek. We drive into town one night for dinner which was 10-15 minutes the other night we went to a small town 10 minutes in the other direction and had a fantastic meal at a small Greek family run...

"This property is in an amazing location, but don’t expect to find parking. We were very happy to return the car so we didn’t need to deal with that anymore. The staff was helpful. They don’t have a front desk exactly. We called someone when we arrived and waited a few minutes for them to come let us in, but we’ve never seen anyone at the front desk after that. They were always available by phone. the room is a bit outdated, but that was expected for this location. You do have to take quite a few...

"The resort has a great beach and is smack in the heart if Agia Marina. It is about 35 mins to downtown Chania and close to many villages for excursions and dining. It has a big parking area, an on site restaurant that serves good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are rather small and best for couples only (at least the one we had). There are no drawers so we spent 10 days digging out of our suitcases which was not fun. The bathroom is also small but functional. AC has an annoying light...

"Lovely helpful staff, beautifully laid out rooms with excellent facilities. Housekeeping was perfect. Fantastic pools, perfect for families. There was a lovely mix of nationalities staying at the hotel, perfect for families or couples. 15 mins or for a coastal walk into Chania - a vibrant city with a stunning old town and Venetian harbour. Recommend a day trip to the Samaria gorge if you’re active. "
