George provided us with a really helpful email with links to google maps for all the local beaches, visitor destinations and shops. "This villa had the most astounding views! Perched above a rocky outcrop, the sunsets every night were a delight. The expanse of the sea below was magical. The Villa was exactly as described in the listing and Giorgios and Penelope could not have been more welcoming. Their communication with us was faultless and they connected us with a wonderful man named Christos who helped us arrange activities and a chef during our stay. We would most certainly return!"

Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on...

"I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "
