"This was the first time at this property. I stayed only one night in a one-bedroom unit which was comfortable. I missed breakfast but had dinner at their restaurant and it was good. It is located a short walk to restaurants and the Greenbelt parts of Ayala Mall. I would return when I am back in Makati."

"The bed linen was dirty. The towels were old and ripped. No face towels. The combined bath showers was blocked.Did not have half the drinks on the menu. Food order mistakes when dining. Did not remove dirty glasses from the room. Wanted to charge corkage when the did have 0.0 beer which l had to supply.Room was run down and carpert very dirty. No milk in the buffey resturant. 2 and a half star only "

"I stayed here on my vacation in the Phillipines i like the most is the people the gym is very clean , pool is clean no smells the hot tub is clean not to crowded bec of its exclusivity for the resident and guest only , the staff in the dinning for breakfast are very professional clean and the food is amazing very worth it. The room is very clean and no complaint at all!! Thank you ascott staff "

"Location was good, premium suite was roomy. Lack of channels for TV movies was very low... Tried to extend the room for one more night, lobby staff said no rooms were available, I signed into Expedia 15mins later and reserved the same room they said wasn't available "
