"Should be 4.5 stars. Very good value, very friendly staff, easy walk to greenbelt. Lost half a star for the elevator situation. No service elevators and one of three down for maintenance makes for long waits. Recommended! "

"This was a hotel recommendation from a friend and so glad that we stayed here. Great location and close to the airport. Rooms were very spacious and comfy beds. The buffet was great with a good selection of items. We booked massages at the spa and they were exactly what we needed after a long flight. Staff were lovely and always willing to help. The only negative was that the property was huge and had a residence side as well. It was very easy to get lost or confused in which tower you were in. "
