"Very helpful staff check in was a breeze. Conveniently located to Mall of Asia. Hotel ride, shuttle service to Mall of Asia and back. Places can be located closer to airport less than 30 minutes. The gym was perfect for my needs, and the pool was satisfying as well. Overall, the hotel staff were accommodating. One thing to note is the hotel Has nightly guessing of singing artists that play in the lobby close to the restaurant which is a good place to chill and listen to live awesome music."

"The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The location is walkable to a big mall (Mall of Asia) so there are lots of food services and shopping to do. The building is dated and unfortunately the TV was not working. Personally, it is a good place to stay for one night (waiting to fly out of the country) as it is close to the airport and mall and price is reasonable. "

"I had a very comfortable stay. My suite was very roomy. It was nice to have a washing machine, although the dryer function didn't really work. The one room service meal I had was tasty but there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. The location is great and very safe. "

"I reserved a newly renovated room via Expedia but the other room did not look renovated. The carpets were the same. Bedsheets look old. The reason why we always go back to Manila Hotel is the ambiance at the foyer. I really hope when we come back they give us a true newly renovated room. "

"I needed to get my medications picked up from the pharmacy and they offered to have One of their Concierge go to the Pharmacy. It’s very touching. I would improve though their breakfast . It’s plenty but needs some refinement. Other than that I love the rooms, it’s clean. "
