They moved us from the 5th floor to the 1st floor, and they had to provide us with a fan, which still wasn't enough. "Nice hotel 2 blocks away from center of town, but far enough to be in peaceful & quiet neighborhood. Clean room. Helpful staff. Quiet neighborhood with unassuming restaurants nearby which are actually delicious (check out the portuguese restaurant!). Pool is a plus. It is close to Interlaken West station & a 20 minute walk from Interlaken East station. Recommend this hotel. "

"Amazing small cosy hotel, be sure to book mountain side views as it is one of the best views in the area! Breakfast was yummy with fresh eggs to order. Staff lovely and polite. Spa is included which is a great touch, the hot tub was amazing facing the mountains and one of the main reasons I booked this place, although it was cold a couple of nights, they had just had a new and larger hot tub installed so were some teething issues I think, but they made sure it was warm when asked in advance....
