"Staff was clear and helpful. Gave good guidance to visiting Bruges. Access was easy to find following the GPS. Room was spacious and clean. It was also quiet although the hotel was pretty full. Bed was comfortable. No frills but still really well done. "

"Fabulous location, a short walk to train through quiet streets. Extremely close to a few great restaurants and a few blocks to a laundromat. Best breakfast bar of 30 day trip around Europe. Wonderfully large bathrooms, but with a whiff of sewage most days if door not left shut. Apparently the shower drain may not be placed well after cleaning??? that was explanation. Room overlooking the small street was quiet at night. "

"Lovely hotel, great location and the staff were really friendly. The only downside was the lack of onsite parking, however the overnight car parks luckily aren’t that expensive. "

" We had booked two rooms for 2days. We were pleased with the facilities . We arrived at 3pm but unfortunately we had to wait 40 minutes for our rooms to be ready. They had a coach party. We think that we could have been offered a drink while we waited. Other than that the service was excellent. We were impressed with the breakfast!"
