The reception staff was so very kind on every occasion when we had questions to ask them.They also sold us the Ghent Card which gave us entrances to various tourist attractions and public transportation in Ghent. The rooms are beautifully appointed with everything you could want (the only thing to note is that some rooms have the shower and sink in a loft space, so the stairs were a little challenging for my mother). The breakfast buffet is a must! The views are stunning from every window in the hotel, and the location could not be better. The staff was warm and very helpful. It was a perfect stay."
