"Service and facilities can't be faulted. It was excellent and made my stay enjoyable. Besides the excellent service, it is affordable and well situated, being 10 minutes or so walk from most of the important sights and restaurants. The rail station is also a 15-20min walk away, while a bus stop/interchange is 5 minutes walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful - we had an issue with a smell in the room (drains) which they looked at straight away. Unfortunately it didn’t quite go away but was bearable. The hotel does an excellent breakfast."

Do not however judge a book by its cover, our deluxe suite overlooking the canal, was fantastic. Spacious, well equipped and relaxing. It was great. The staff throughout were helpful, constructive and friendly. The location was pleasantly quiet, and only a short walk from the centre. I loved our 5 day stay and can't wait to visit again."
