"A nice hotel near the centre of Newcastle. The outside and lobby has kept it's heritage style, however the rest of the hotel has been updated. The room was very large and very modern. Large spacious bathroom with the latest conveniences. The kitchen facilities were modern and clean, just like the rest of the room. It really was like a home away from home. Only two minor issues, one being the noisy from the street below. Unfortunately we stayed on a Saturday night, and it was a bit rowdy...

"We love staying at this hotel , the service is impeccable, they go above and beyond to accommodate you , nothing is a trouble at all. A big shout out to Alan behind the bar , very helpful always had a smile on his face "
